With the use of EMS (electro-muscle stimulation) technology combined with tailored workouts and 1-on-1 personal training and a 20 minute workout that burns up to 500 calories each session you’ll lose weight, increase muscle strength, tone your body and increase your cardiovascular health. This 6-week program is for individuals who are ready to achieve their fitness goals, gain confidence, become fitter, stronger, leaner, and have more energy to live their best life. If you're not prepared to commit to these goals, this program may not be the best fit for you.
This program is for those who are ready to become the best possible versions of themselves and commit to 2 x 20 minute personal training sessions per week for the next 6 weeks along with our nutrition plan. If you are someone who is ready to make a commitment to your own health and fitness, then we are dedicated to your success.
Our 6-week training program and nutrition guide are designed to help you elevate your fitness level and achieve optimal physical and mental health. By following our program, you'll not only lose body fat, gain muscle strength, and improve your flexibility and mobility, but you'll also experience a boost in energy, better sleep, and reduced stress levels.
We know that your schedule is busy, which is why we make every effort to ensure that our members are in and out in just 30 minutes. This includes your 20-minute personal training session, as well as 5-10 minutes to set up and prepare. Keep in mind that EMS (electro-muscle stimulation) allows you to achieve the same results as a 90-minute workout in just 20 minutes.
If, after your free trial session, you decide that our 6-week program and 20-minute EMS personal training sessions aren't what you're looking for, we won't be offended. We're just grateful that you made the effort to give it a go, as it demonstrates your motivation to improve your health. Rest assured that we'll still be here, coaching members of all ages (ranging from 20 to 94 years old) to achieve their fitness and strength goals.
