Brendan started doing EMS after suffering from back pain which stopped him from doing regular gym workouts with heavy weights. Due to a weakened back and core he started to compensate with other muscles which resulted in tight hips and glutes. Brendan has trained at Fit X EMS Ascot for 2 years and his back pain is significantly reduced, he has strengthened his core, lost weight and increased his endurance. His job requires him to sit down for hours each day so his sessions have been customised to not only strengthen muscles but also relieve any lower back tension and tight hips from sitting down all day.
When Kate started at Fit X EMS she was working out every day sometimes twice. She had plateaued with her results and her knees were starting to experience inflammation and pain in the joints stopping her from running or weight training. We customise a workout for Kate which meant she did EMS training 2-3 times per week and walked on the days she wasn’t in the studio. Kate’s body composition changed significantly after just a few weeks of doing EMS.
Belinda had hit a bit of an exercise rut. She knew she wanted to get back into fitness but lost a bit of the motivation to get started. Not a fan of going to the gym or doing classes with a lot of jumping due to having weak knees. Belinda has consistently been training with us twice a week for over a year and she’s seen huge changes in her muscle tone especially around her waist and the strength and tone of her upper body. Her workouts are adjusted to strengthen the muscles around her weak knee joints and strengthen her glutes and core to help with posture.
After the birth of her son Jacqueline wanted to find a fitness regime that fitted into her busy mum and work life. As a private one on one studio her son often comes along happily sitting playing with toys while she gets her 20 minute workout in and some ‘me time’. Her workouts have been customised to support her postpartum journey with core strengthening and pelvic floor strengthening which has naturally led to her losing weight and having more energy.
As a busy mum and business owner Janice has found the benefits of Fit X EMS to be incredible for her fast paced lifestyle.
