I am a qualified Nutritionist and EMS Personal Trainer lucky enough to have worked with clients across Dubai, Bali, New Zealand & Australia. My passion for health and interest in wellness fuels my philosophy of exploring different avenues for optimal well being and longevity. When working with our members I consider each as an individual, looking at their lifestyle, age, job and gender to create a sustainable plan that encourages a healthy relationship with food, body image and physical activity.
